Defrost puff pastry on the counter. Preheat oven to 425 F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper and place puff pastry on it. Stab puff pastry with fork throughout sheet. Spread goat cheese over pastry sheet. Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning. Top with onions and cheddar. Align asparagus in opposing directions and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake for 20-25 mins or until puff pastry is fully cooked. Meanwhile, prep sauce while baking. In sauce pan, add water to cornstarch and stir until dissolved. Next add all ingredients and allow sauce to simmer until thick. Stir constantly and remove from heat once thick, serve warm with puff pastry.
