Grapefruit Ginger Mint Kombucha Mocktail

This refreshing cocktail is not only delicious but is packed with ginger and probiotics!

  • 1/2 zested grapefruit
  • 1 shot mint simple syrup
  • 8 oz Ginger Kombucha
  • 1/2 juiced grapefruit
  • 1 cup Ice
  • mint for garnish
  1. First fill your glass with ice, then squeeze 1/2 your grapefruit juice into ice. Next add 1 shot of mint simple syrup. Zest 1/2 your grapefruit into the cup, top with 4 oz ginger Kombucha, garnish with mint sprig and enjoy! Add more simple syrup if you prefer sweeter cocktail.
