Almond Joy Yogurt with Cacao Nibs

This nutritious recipe is so yummy that it can swap in for dessert just as well as it does for breakfast or lunch.

  • 1 tub Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup shredded coconut sweetened or unsweetened
  • 1/2 cup cacao nibs
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  1. Divy out the yogurt into 4 bowls. A 1 - 1 1/4 cup serving is hardy. Mix 1 tbsp of the maple syrup into each bowl.

  2. Top with the shredded coconut, sliced almonds and cacao nibs.  If you want to take extra time, you can toast the coconut in a pan on the stovetop.
