Chia Seed Smoothie

 Chia seeds are from a Mexican plant in the mint family that tend to stick together and to fill you up- leaving those midnight cravings sufficed! Plus chia seeds are rich in fiber, calcium, potassium and iron. YUM!

Servings: 4
Ingredients
  • 3 tbsp Cocoa powder
  • 2 cups Almond milk
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 3 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1 Banana frozen (or add ice)
Instructions
  1. Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend! Add chia seeds for a topping.
