What’s Up Wednesday
We had the absolute pleasure of helping Nichole & Justin celebrate at Rancho Dos Amantes this past weekend. We started their festivities with a sweet rehearsal dinner that was centered around Nichole’s Italian heritage. We are talking loads of garlic! All her family and friends savored the food al fresco while chatting away and scheming on what needed to be done next in preparation for the wedding day. It was such an awesome night….high spirits and warmth were the order of the day! We were so proud that we had all the Italians raving about dinner…nothing better than when Italians get passionate about food!
And for dessert, we rolled out these adorable vanilla bean cupcakes stuffed with a fresh raspberry and topped with a ridiculously decadent fresh raspberry buttercream. Sooooo good! Our chewy brown butter cookies dusted with sea salt were the perfect balance!
The next day, Nichole took our breath away with all her wedding day details and design. I personally love that she honored her Italian roots with a centerpiece of Italian cypress, an olive tree, and rosemary. Such a simple but distinct table scheme. And how much do you love her linens from La Tavola??? The muted black was epic!
