Happy Mmmonday Zesters!! Today we share our bittersweet goodbye lunch with our dear Brittany. You may have seen our little goodbye gift to Brittany last week, if not check out the sweet leather bracelet we made her here. But it’s not a zest internship until you have become a full throttle foodie and tried out some new bites!! So here we are to share one of my favorites in Paso Robles…Robert’s. Robert’s is located in the charming downtown of Paso Robles and offers all kinds of twists on classic American dishes. Whether it’s lunch or dinner- you will be very pleased 🙂

Now to order!!
Since we were staving we ordered some appetizers to split, of course we couldn’t deny a gorgeous cheese platter…
paired with a delicious glass of Periodico, Pino Noir
And then an ahi “poke” with wakami salad, crispy wontons, and miso vinaigrette
One of my personal favorites?? Their spin on the wedge salad- caramelized onions, bleu cheese crumbles, crisp bacon and chipotle buttermilk dressing
Chanda and I both ordered up the aged prime sirloin ruben panini complete with sautéed cremini mushrooms, sauerkraut, gruyere cheese on rye with the wedge of course!
Brittany ordered up the mahi-mahi tacos topped with green cabbage, queso fresco, chipotle garlic-lime sauce and a green salad with lemon vinaigrette- yum!
We had a lovely Zest goodbye lunch for our little Miss “B”
We are going to miss you girl, can’t wait to catch up on all your Europe adventures soon!
