What’s Up Wednesday
This past weekend we zested at one of our favorite wedding venues here on the central coast- Flying Caballos. Although this venue has a stellar location near SLO, gorgeous views and wonderful people who works there- that’s not the only reason why we love it. Flying Caballos has a great “funk” flag. I know that sound weird- but take it as a compliment. Who doesn’t want to get married at an adorable yellow home near a meadow with cool lights hanging and a bonfire pit and jacuzzi all within walking distance. I mean hellooooo- so great! And funkyyyyy. Just enough funk to become groovy for this past weekends retro 60’s fabulous wedding. From the sweet tunes to the wedding garb and colors- we adored Mia and Johnny’s wedding and the atmosphere they so effortlessly created. We joined in the fun with a legit slider burger bar and some delicious brown butter cookies with milk to finish off the evening. Take a look….
The brides favorite were pickles, so coke and pickles before the ceremony? why not!! we loved it!!
As guests meandered over to the ceremony you couldn’t help but read their cartoon drawings at the bar that was of each person in the bridal party- so great!! Love the details!!
Great job setting up Sarah and Tori!! Cheers!
Time to get married and dive into some zesty nibbles…
Carrot cake with brown butter frosting, aka the perfect cutting cake for the cutest couple!
and let’s not forget the milk and cookies….
The ambiance was set with tons of candles and peeps partied on with the bonfire and dancing…
My kind of wedding indeed 🙂
Congratulations Mia & Johhny!!
