Cocktail Mixer Present

Craft cocktails are all the rage and let’s face it- pricey too! When you are at a bar and order some crazy infused cocktail you are generally paying for the time and effort to create this one of a kind masterpiece. Well now I am going to show you just how easy it is to infuse liquor to make your very own craft cocktails at home, or even gift to a friend! With Christmas just one week away here is a quick gift idea that is perfect for either gender. Simply grab some dried fruit, herbs or spices and throw them in a cocktail shaker for friends to make their own infusions at home. You could even gift this cocktail infusion shaker with a bottle of their favorite alcohol. I suggest playing with rum, vodka or whiskey for a more winter infusion.

Place all your “flavor ingredients” in your cocktail shakers and now it’s time to make a cute label!

Obviously this cocktail creation could be for anyone, but I think we can all agree and say “amen” to “Momma Needs a Cocktail!” As for the instructions be sure to add: “Just add whiskey, rum or vodka and infuse for 2-3 days. To create a second batch add 1.5 Tbsp of sugar to the remaining ingredients and infuse again.” Then they can make cocktails just like normal but with fancy craft liquor to bring it up a notch.
