Almond Milk Popsicles

Lately I have had quite the sweet tooth craving, a little dark chocolate really seems to do the trick! Yum! For those of you who have had the yummyyyyyy chocolate covered ice cream bars at Costco that are dunked in chopped almonds, here is my healthier hack! After all, almond milk is a great source of protein and calcium, plus wayyyy lower in calories than ice cream. ┬áSimply gather the supplies listed below and let’s get to blending and nibbling in no time!

Blend the yogurt, almond milk, almond butter, bananas, cinnamon and vanilla extract together….

Carefully pour into popsicle molds. All I could find where my giant ice cub molds but hey, they work! haha

Place in freezer for about 3 to 4 hrs, meanwhile prep your nuts. Give them a good chop.

Once your popsicles are completely frozen it’s time to dunk in chocolate!

Roll in nuts and begin snacking immediately!

These easy and healthier popsicles are the perfect way to end the day- a nice crunch and dose of dark chocolate! yum!

  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1 cup roasted chopped almonds
  • 2 medium ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1 cup chopped, melted dark chocolate
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  1. Blend bananas, almond milk, cinnamon and almond butter in blender until fully combined. Pour into popsicle molds and place in freezer for 3 to 4 hours . Next melt your chocolate and after your popsicles are completely frozen run the outside of the mold under warm water to release the popsicle. Next dip your popsicle in the melted chocolate and then roll in the chopped nuts. Enjoy immediately!
